Chiller Vans for Rental was founded in Dubai in 2012 with a simple frustration in mind: businesses moving perishable goods were renting "refrigerated" vehicles that couldn't actually hold temperature once the doors opened on a busy summer route. Spoilage, failed audits and rejected deliveries were treated as the cost of doing business in a 50°C climate. We started with a small fleet of properly insulated, factory-built chiller vans and one operating principle: the cold chain is only as strong as its weakest moment the loading bay, the multi-stop drop, the time the rear door stays open. Everything we invested in flowed from protecting those moments. "We measure success in degrees held, not just kilometres driven." Over the years the fleet grew from chiller vans into a full range freezer vans, adjustable refrigerated vans, high-roof vans and chiller and freezer trucks up to 10 tons so a restaurant group, a pharmacy distributor and a seafood importer could all be served from one accountable partner. We added HACCP certification, GPS on every vehicle, temperature logging and a programme of cold-chain training for our drivers.
